-Contact you regarding Product recalls

What payment information do we collect or receive:
When purchasing online at no time do we receive or handle any of your bank, card or other payment information. No matter the method of payment; PayPal or Direct Deposit, we do not have access to your account, card or bank details. In the event that you are entitled a refund we are able to refund you via PayPal without accessing any personal details. For direct deposit refunds however we must collect your account name, BSB and account number to process the transfer. These details are destroyed immediately after the refund has been processed as to protect your personal information and details.
When ordering via phone or email you have the option to pay via credit card, direct deposit or PayPal payment request. Direct Deposit is the most secure way of payment however it is also the slowest. If you pay via PayPal we do not see your details either. However credit card payments are by far the quickest and most convenient payment method and once we process your payment we are very careful to destroy your payment details immediately as to protect your personal information and payment details.
What personal information do we need to collect from you?
We may collect information including your name, address, contact phone and e-mail details.
How do we collect it?
We will collect personal information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonable or intrusive way. This may be by way of online forms, emails or via telephone request.
We will only collect personal information about an individual, where it is reasonable and practicable for us to do so, from that individual only.

It is your responsibility to keep your PIN, logins and passwords secure. Anyone who knows this information can access your account. We accept no responsibility for personal information disclosed to persons who know your PIN, password or other identifying features.
